APPLICATION ROLE: ERP SENIOR CONSULTANT
ROLE and ACTIVITIES
The candidate for the role will be placed within the team with the aim of carrying out the following tasks:
- Actively participate in all phases of the implementation of the ERP system, covering all the client's business processes, starting from the analysis of the client's business requirements up to the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to adapt it to its needs;
- Collaborate closely with the end customer's key contacts to fully understand the customer's existing business processes, comparing them with the standard functionality offered by Microsoft Dynamics Business Central;
- Assume responsibility for drafting the necessary documentation, as well as configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central system. In case of modifications or customizations, it facilitates the Customer's decision-making process and prepares the functional design document to guide the development process;
- Manage the execution of tests and training of customer personnel;
- Supervise optimization projects and direct consultancy and development activities;
- Cover, if necessary, the role of Project Manager.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Good organizational and relational skills and a spirit of adaptability to team work;
- Functional-application skills;
- IT diploma or degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent culture;
- Experience and skills in the functional field and knowledge of business processes;
- Administrative skills;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Flexibility;
- Availability to travel within the area.
SKILLS
- Business processes;
- Good knowledge of the office package (Teams, Sharepoint etc...);
- Use of cloud services (e.g. power automate);
- At least 5 years of experience as a consultant.
