Dyna Proposal APP is a compensation proposal management solution developed by DSC Group.

This application is aimed at the user who is responsible for recording payments and collections. The module handles the offsetting of active and passive invoices of the same customer/supplier and the creation of a repayment plan for outstanding active invoices.

AUTOMATIC OFFSETTING OF OPEN ITEMS

The procedure is designed with a specific area in which clearing proposals are created, which can be filtered for a specific period, and the system automatically proposes the clearing of open items.

TRACEABILITY OF OPEN ITEMS TO BE OFFSET

Open lots - to be compensated - are proposed in a special form and will be linked by a connection that can identify them. Subsequently, the offsets are registered in a special batch to ensure traceability within the system.

CREATION OF PAYMENT PROPOSALS

The app also makes it possible to create payment proposals for agreed repayment plans to be sent to customers in the event of unpaid invoices.
