The user receives a link via email that is secured by strong authentication* and initiates the electronic signature process. In the case of an Advanced Electronic Signature, the signatory is identified using Artificial Intelligence, SPID or CIE.

Storage in accordance with regulations

The user views the documents, and the workflow guides them through selecting the signature fields and entering all the required information. After confirming the signature summary, the phone number associated with the session is verified using an OTP code (sent via SMS or email), and the signature is applied to the documents.

To have legal value, an FEA must fulfil three basic requirements:

HOW BIX-SIGN WORKS

1. STARTING THE PROCESS

The user receives a secure link via e-mail, protected by strong authentication*, and accesses the electronic signature process.

In the case of Advanced Electronic Signature, the identification of the signatory takes place via Artificial Intelligence, SPID or CIE.

2. SIGNING PROCESS

The user consults the documents and is guided by the workflow in choosing the signature fields and entering the necessary information.

Once the signature summary is confirmed, the phone number associated with the session is verified via an OTP code sent via SMS or e-mail, after which the signature is applied to the documents.

3. CONSERVATION

At the end of the process, all parties involved receive an e-mail notification with the possibility of downloading the signed documents.

Evidence of the electronic signature and identification process (Audit Trail, video recordings, images, logs and mathematical results) is stored in accordance with regulations within the IX-CE system.*
