• The customer needed to manage the schedule of planned maintenance and unscheduled repairs for machinery within the BC management system.

To meet customer needs:

• we have developed an application to integrate the bc standard with assets and production orders, so that any requests for intervention and repair of machinery can be initiated directly during the production order;
• the application has been structured to generate the maintenance request document, digitising the entire process and avoiding the production of paper documents;
• upon completion of the maintenance activity, the maintenance document is automatically archived and linked to the individual machine.

• Digitisation of the process, elimination of paper documents and subsequent archiving, reduction of manual intervention management costs.
• Historical records of extraordinary and scheduled interventions for each machine, so that the maintenance plan can be organised more efficiently, anticipating, based on the data collected, programmable maintenance interventions to try to prevent any repairs.
