Several modules have been developed to meet customer needs:

the picking & packing module to generate picking orders;

development of a procedure to divide a batch into two or more sub-batches, if necessary.

The management of picking orders and re-lotting has also been made available on handheld terminals, allowing warehouse staff to work on the move.

The picking & packing solution has improved the organisation of picking and shipping goods from the warehouse.
It is now possible to automatically generate transport documents for goods leaving the warehouse that have not been invoiced, avoiding the need to prepare delivery notes manually.
The development of an inventory management application enabled batch management, highlighting not only the type and quantity of material available, but also how many batches the same material is divided into. This function is particularly useful in textile companies, which need to know whether the fabric is available in a single uncut roll or in different rolls. The data is automatically saved in the management system, saving a considerable amount of time.
